Updated my delphi twitter library and the little twitme tool.

There was a problem with the unix timestamp related to daylight savings time which just recently started here.

    The first OAuth/twitter library I’ve found that actually works, thank you :D I’m not sure if you’ve done anymore on this lib since posting 0.34 but I am currently adding some basic timelime stuff and would be happy to share my changes with you.
